When is the 1% commission paid?

Only if the sale is completed through WEFAM, and only on the final sale price. It is settled after signature of the deed before the notary.

Is the Enhanced Visibility option mandatory?

No. Publication remains free and without commitment. The option is subscribed on your own initiative, invoiced at CHF 499 per month excl. VAT from subscription, and deactivated at any time without notice or penalty.

What if I withdraw my listing?

No commission is due*. Only the already invoiced months of the Enhanced Visibility option, if you subscribed to it, remain payable.
