Its founders tried to sell and buy property directly themselves, and ran into the same obstacles every time: existing platforms exposed sellers to agent cold-calling, cost a fortune in visibility, and delivered few qualified contacts. On the buyer's side, reaching a seller without an intermediary was an uphill battle.
Faced with that reality, the answer seemed obvious: build the space that did not exist. A secure space, designed for private individuals, where sellers and buyers meet directly with no imposed intermediary and no excessive fees.
